Shannon has been a certified athletic trainer for 29 years. She has worked at the University of Northern Colorado for close to 27 years, having worked at Overland High School, Denver Bronco Sports medicine Clinics and Colorado College for a short period of time early in her career. At UNC, she has been a faculty member in the school of Natural and Health Sciences, and has served many roles over the last 27 years including; assistant ATC, Head ATC, Athletic training Program Director and currently serves as the Clinical Education Coordinator.
