I have been a Certified Athletic Trainer since 2007 and currently work as a health & safety manager for one of the world's largest telecommunications companies. I have over 10 years of experience in the industrial setting. I began my career working as an Athletic Trainer in the industrial/mining sector in West Virginia and Western PA. I've also worked as a health & wellness coordinator for a large transportation company based in Pittsburgh, PA. I have provided sports medicine coverage as a per diem athletic trainer for various sporting events throughout Western Pennsylvania before relocating to Denver, CO. I hold certifications through the BOC (ATC), Board of Certified Safety Professionals, Back School of Atlanta (CEAS III), and I am also a certified CPR/AED/First Aid instructor through EMS Safety. I received my Bachelors degree in Athletic Training from Slippery Rock University (PA), and my Master's degree in Safety Management from West Virginia University.
